Building synergy between patients and therapist

Mai graduated from the Medical Arts Massage School in 2002. She has a passion for learning new massage techniques through her yearly continued education. Her specialties are Trigger Point & Deep Tissue Modalities. Mai understands that the needs of all of her patients are different, though many are athletes with chronic patterns of muscular pain. Mai gets to know each of her patients on an individual basis so she can determine which massage techniques will best meet their needs.  

Kevin graduated from Miller Motte college in Cary and specializes in deep tissue and therapeutic massage modalities for over 7 years. He provides therapeutic massage in a safe and healing environment intended to decrease pain and reduce stress. Whether you seek treatment as part of a routine self-care, or if you have a particular physical symptom, he will work together with you to address your unique needs. 

He’s a veteran at the United States National Guard and his hobbies include all aspects of horticulture.  

Jon has always been interested in healing and alternative medicine and that led me to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. He completed his training at Durham Tech in 2019. Since then, he has found Massage Therapy to be an excellent way of providing non-invasive, natural wellness care. Jon finds it very rewarding to see, first-hand, the amazing difference that massage can make his clients' lives. 

Jon provides integrative therapeutic sessions utilizing Swedish and Lomi Lomi techniques for relaxation, and a variety of deep tissue techniques to address specific problem areas, especially hip pain, and neck and shoulder conditions.
